Refund Policy: All fees paid related to any and all servicesis non-refundable. However, if user is not able to attend at a scheduled time, the user will be allowed to change the date and time of a scheduled session to a future available date 24 hours prior to the scheduled date and time for the session. However, if any change of date and time is requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time period for the session, re-scheduling charges at the sole option of the Company will apply.

The use and access of the website by user is a confirmation of their acceptance of Company’s Refund Policy.

Arbitration: Any dispute or claim of any kind and nature arising from use of the website and the services provided will be subject to arbitration and will be resolved by Canadian Arbitration Association Rules. Users can not submit any disputes or claims to court.

Arbitration shall be held in the City of Toronto, Canada.
